I am on a business-trip again.
I ran 10 km and did my HIIT, TT-Training...due to the fact that I am not using my own computer here I cannot upload my results in the Nikeplus-Challenge which I will do tomorrow.
My nutrition was very bad and I must make a massive change tomorrow, I am too tired and I think it comes from eating the wrong stuff.
90 % are the results for today.
I will be back tomorrow,

Hang on in there Juli. Just stay focused and I'm sure you'll get back on track with your nutrition.
I sometimes have difficulty when travelling. Just get back on track and the damage will be minimal.
Great job on the running. Traveling is stressful. I hope you're not troubling yourself to much over the food thing. You're doing great and are so much fun to have in the shreddersphere. Have a safe trip home.
Juli, I usually travel with two computers which can be a hassle.

You are doing geat! You got your run in while traveling - celebrate that success. Very diffficult to do while away. And take some solice in Lilla's post today on food displacement. 90% is good compliance. You'll be back on track tomorrow.
