Day 7 GS 2.0


Hey Shredders.

another weekend is over and it went far too fast.

I worked, read a bit, watched F1 on television, ran a slow 15 km run,did some stretching.

thanks Juli so much for your advice. I will take it all in and put it to good use. Today started off good until tonight its the darn night time snacking that gets me. I will work on it though.

Looks like u're putting in a really solid effort. Awesome work :)
As to your comment last week on my blog, wallaby is an animal in Australia. It's kind of like a kangaroo only smaller and lives in a slightly different environment. Along with kangaroo meat (yes we eat our national animal - there's HEAPS of them) wallaby is one of the leanest most nutritious and high protein meats you can buy. And its not as expensive as chicken or fish!
One week to go now, keep up the good work :)
