Off the Couch...Day 6

I had a good day with running twice and lots of outdoor-activities,

now it is late at night and I just want to go to bed.

Since 3 days I have problems to upload my statitic-file; I will fix this tomorrow and find a better way to log my statistics....and I will start to focus on my nutrition tomorrow.

I will be back tomorrow,

Julie,

I was reading over your post from earlier this week, and I think you're spot on about keeping daily reminders (shoes by the door, protein powder out in the open) to keep yourself motivated. I also use a training log and feel that adam and all the other shredders are so important in staying on track with your goals.
