A nice day with lots of sleep, some running, working and relaxing.
My daily account scored today 90 %.
I could also finish my new plans for my second mission which will start on Tuesday; the name of the mission is "Off the Couch..." (thank you Dougal !).
Before I set up my programs I went to a doctor for health examinations and a sports scientist/trainer who is specialised in the field in which I want to develop. Their results were the headstone for the programs which I fianlly wrote.
More in the next days.
I am not in the mood to write much today,
...thank you everybody for the encouraging comments, support and "cheering up", it means a lot to me.
I will be back tomorrow!

Looking forward to seeing the details of your "Off the Couch..." mission. Sounds like it may be a very well formulated plan.

Hey Lilla,
thank you for your compliment, I want it to be "cheering up..." !
I wanted to have a "tailor-made" program like you and all the other cool shredders have to take MASSIVE action, ;-).
I want to write here about "motivation, running and inspiration to take action".
Hey Michael,
I slept today and yesterday very long, feeling a lot better now and relaxed. Thank you for offering help, I appreciate it a lot!
Yeah, Jeremy, sleeping and relaxing! I must train that, ;-). Congratulations to your recent action and training and for visiting my blog.
Hey Mike,
I gave my best to suit the plan right for me.
"Off the couch..." will put me into massive action (thanks to Adam for adding this word to my vocabulary).
Thank you for vitsing my blog so regulary, it means a lot to me and pushes me to give my daily best.
I like the new mission name, Juli! Have you set up a reward for the end of your challenge?
I like Debbie's idea.... maybe a trip to Phucket!
Juli, I too have recently been swamped with work. To the point where I felt it was interfering with my workouts and NOTHING has interfered with my workouts since it became my primary focus 80 days ago. Just make sure you stick with it and I am excited about your "Off the Couch..." mission. :)
Your next mission sounds like it will be a good one. You're doing all the right stuff. Thanks for your support and comments on my blog.
I am such a cookie monster! I hope your secretary likes the pic!
